Job summary

Navin Housing Properties is seeking an experienced electrical project professional in Chennai to oversee end-to-end electrical works for residential developments. The role includes preparing SLDs, GA drawings, conduit routing, and coordinating with contractors to ensure quality and timely completion.

The candidate will also handle CEIG documentation, billings, and ERP-based project tracking, aiming to minimize rework and improve cost efficiency while meeting client requirements and project

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical project execution and supervision.
• Familiarity with CEIG regulations and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Electrical project execution and supervision to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare Cable Schedule and GA/SLD drawings for LT panels and lighting layouts.
• Design and draft cable tray layouts and routing pathways.
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate with electrical contractors.
• Prepare CEIG drawings and CEIG regulatory compliance documents.
• Bill submission and HO documentation preparation.
• Maintain guidelines and update processes as needed.
• Analyze problems and optimize resource use to reduce rework and costs.

Job description

• Electrical-Project execution.
• MSB-Residential slab & wall conduits internal wiring & power supply arrangement with necessary transformer erection, panels, cable laying, earthing & tray.
• Preparation of Cable Schedule.
• Design of Cable Tray routing Layouts and Cable Tray sizing
• Preparation of SLD for all Electrical requirements.
• Preparation of CEIG drawings with CEIG regulations.
• Preparation of GA (LT panel) and AS BUILT drawings.
• Preparation of conduit routing & SHOP drawings
• Design and drafting of Lighting and Power layouts.
• Review of Vendor Drawings.
• Co-ordination with electrical contractors and Other agency.
• Bill submission & HO document preparation.
• Updating guidelines in case of any change in process or standards.
• Analyzing the problem task to Solve with existing Resources with better Solution.
• Quality monitoring & avoid the re-work.
• Cost analysis for labor & materials.

Best understanding of Clients and Consultants needs and requirements.

• Aim to Achieve the On time Completion.
• Delivery of the flat to respective customer in time without snag.
