Job summary

Global Calcium is seeking a manufacturing professional to ensure clean and organized work areas, following cGMP guidelines and SOPs in a production environment.

You will execute Line Master Records, manage monthly production schedules, and support audits with precise documentation to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to support product quality and safety.
• Operate and clean production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Execute production processes as outlined in Line Master Records (LMRs), and verify operations to confirm accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Plan and manage production schedules for current and upcoming months, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders while meeting quality and safety standards.
• Support internal and external audits by coordinating activities and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation.
• Perform and document in-process checks under the supervision of a team lead or supervisor to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Maintain compliance with key quality and safety standards, including cGMP, ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
• Oversee blending, packaging, and labeling of finished goods, ensuring proper handling, labeling accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
