Job summary

Mployee.me in India is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to define and execute test strategies for complex software systems. You will lead a team of QA engineers, mentor colleagues, and help shape QA standards across projects.

Responsibilities include designing robust automation frameworks in Java, performing end-to-end testing (functional, regression, performance, security), integrating with CI/CD (Jenkins, Git), and collaborating with DevOps and product teams to ensure quality releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software automation testing with REST Assured and Java.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium (Java).
• Strong programming/scripting knowledge (Java preferred).
• Experience with API testing tools (REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPI).
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Required Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
