You will implement structured data, optimize content, and monitor performance across GSC, GA4, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and future-focused Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) Specialist with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growth team in Noida.

In this role, you will bridge traditional SEO and next-generation AI search optimization. You will ensure our web properties rank not only on traditional search engines (Google/Bing) but are also actively discovered, trusted, and cited by generative AI answer engines such as Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and Copilot.

Key Responsibilities

1. AEO & AI Search Optimization

• Audit and optimize web content to win direct citations, summaries, and featured placements across AI engines (Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Claude).
• Structure content modularly using an "answer-first" framework (concise TL;DR summaries, definition boxes, clean bullet points, and data tables) to facilitate easy extraction by AI bots.
• Research conversational, multi-turn prompts and long-tail question-based queries to align site content with actual AI conversational patterns.
• Monitor brand sentiment and entity references across public forums and platforms frequently crawled by LLMs (Reddit, Quora, industry directories, and review aggregators).

2. Technical SEO & Schema Architecture

• Implement, validate, and troubleshoot advanced structured data (JSON-LD), including FAQPage, Article, HowTo, Organization, Product, and SameAs entity tags.
• Ensure clean crawlability and indexing for search bots as well as AI crawlers (e.g., GPTBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended).
• Maintain overall technical site health: Core Web Vitals, site speed, internal linking architecture, XML sitemaps, and canonical management.
• Partner closely with content writers and copywriters to produce authoritative, E-E-A-T-driven (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) content briefs.
• Perform semantic keyword clustering and search-intent mapping rather than basic keyword-density stuffing.
• Conduct regular content gap analysis against competitor digital footprints and AI citations.
• Track traditional performance metrics (impressions, clicks, organic sessions, keyword rankings) using Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.
• Track and document AI engine citations, brand visibility, and share of voice (SOV) in conversational search.
• Deliver bi-weekly/monthly reporting with actionable insights and next-step experiments.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven, hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with exposure to or deep enthusiasm for AEO/GEO concepts.
• Technical Skills:Proficient with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
• Working understanding of JSON-LD / Schema markup and the ability to test schemas via Google's Rich Results Test tool.
• Solid grasp of on-page optimization, HTML tags, crawl budgets, and Core Web Vitals.
• Analytical & Content Mindset: Strong understanding of search intent, semantic search, and user journey mapping.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to articulate optimization ideas across content and tech teams.
