MITS Academy Amritsar is seeking an Animation Trainer to design and deliver classroom-based training in animation for students. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing lesson plans, teaching foundational and advanced techniques, and guiding learners through practical projects and portfolios.

The trainer will use industry-standard tools, review student work, provide feedback, and support portfolio development while coordinating with the academic team to stay aligned with industry trends

Qualifications

• Strong teaching skills with classroom management and learner engagement.
• Animation and computer animation expertise with hands-on tool use.
• Storyboarding and graphics for visual storytelling and design fundamentals.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning modules.
• Academic background in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.
• Prior trainer or mentoring experience in animation or digital media education is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, patience, and learner-centric approach.
• Proficiency with digital teaching tools for demonstrations and assignment tracking.

Role Description The Animation Trainer will design and deliver classroom-based training in animation and related disciplines for students at MITS Academy, Jalandhar. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing lesson plans and course materials, teaching foundational and advanced animation techniques, and guiding learners through practical projects and assignments. The trainer will demonstrate industry-standard tools and workflows, review student work, provide constructive feedback, and support portfolio development. Daily responsibilities also include conducting assessments, maintaining training records, collaborating with the academic team to keep content aligned with industry trends, and offering mentoring and doubt-clearing support beyond regular class hours. The role requires an engaging teaching approach and a focus on helping learners become job-ready for careers in animation and related fields.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching skills, including classroom management, lesson planning, and learner engagement.
• Candidates should possess Animation and Computer Animation skills, with hands-on experience using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Candidates should possess Storyboarding and Graphics skills to guide learners in visual storytelling, composition, and design fundamentals.
• Candidates should possess the ability to translate complex creative and technical concepts into clear, practical learning modules.
• Relevant academic background in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in animation or digital media education is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a learner-centric approach to teaching are essential.
• Comfort with using digital tools for demonstrations, assignment tracking, and sharing learning resources is beneficial.
