Job summary

Alstom in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ANAPLAN specialist to join our global team. You will design and evolve ANAPLAN applications, gather business requirements, and ensure alignment with the core model while collaborating with ERP, Engineering and Digital teams.

You will configure ANAPLAN, manage changes, test, and support roll-outs, focusing on data hubs, modules, and integration patterns with SAP, Power BI and other systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, preferably in information technology or computer science.
• 7+ years of experience understanding the ANAPLAN ecosystem.
• Experience as a functional expert or Business Analyst in Enterprise Performance Management applications, especially ANAPLAN.
• Knowledge of ANAPLAN Lists, Modules, Line Items, Data Hubs and Integration patterns, ALM, Versioning, Time, and Dimensional modelling.
• Knowledge of ANAPLAN Polaris & Classic architecture.
• ANAPLAN certification - Certified Model Builder (Mandatory).
• Anaplan Solution Architect (Good to have).
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with configuration tools and IT technologies.
• Experience with JIRA & Agile Methodologies.

You’ll contribute to the design and evolution of ANAPLAN applications, ensuring alignment with our core model. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (ERP, Engineering, Digital), manage application changes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of gathering and analysing business requirements, designing functional specifications, but also supporting application roll-outs.

All About You

• ANAPLAN certification - Certified Model Builder (Mandatory), Anaplan Solution Architect (Good to have)
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Experience with configuration tools and IT technologies
• Experience with JIRA & Agile Methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
