Quess IT Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an Anaplan Senior Model Builder to support world-class financial forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis within FP&A and the Anaplan Center of Excellence. You will collaborate with senior leadership to translate requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.

The role requires 4+ years of modeling with Anaplan, strong FP&A experience (CPG preferred), and excellent communication to navigate ambiguity and drive business value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, CS or related field.
• 4+ years of experience building models with Anaplan; Solution Architect Certification preferred.
• 4+ years of experience with financial planning and analysis; CPG experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of the Anaplan platform and model building.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to develop roadmap, identify needs, understand existing models (Excel/ Anaplan), and assist in translating them into efficiently built Anaplan solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance models.
• Be the 'thought leader' of existing/new models and processes, and assist in future enhancements to drive planning efficiency and company growth.
• Continuously identify gaps and opportunities for projects that will streamline workflows and overall processes, connecting disparate processes leveraging Anaplan and sustainable architecture.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of opportunity for data automation and efficiency.
• Define model architecture, data structures, modules, lists, and hierarchies.
• Lead with Anaplan best practices and integration standards.

Anaplan Senior Model Builder

The Anaplan Senior Model Builder role will support world-class financial forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, high-energy for accelerated career development in both Financial Analysis and Model Solution Engineering. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team works closely with senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the companys strategic initiatives across our Segment Snacking FP&A. This role will provide the opportunity to facilitate analysis and modelling projects not only within Snacking’s FP&A team, but also the Anaplan Center of Excellence team.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of experience building models with Anaplan, Solution Architect Certification preferred
• 4+ years of experience with financial planning and analysis, CPG preferred
• Data engineering a plus
• Advanced knowledge of the Anaplan platform and model building
• Excellent ability to deliver Anaplan products that satisfy business requirements, with the ability to drive work forward when ambiguity exists through showing the art of the possible
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written with strong desire and ability to listen and cultivate diversity of thought with internal customers
• Excellent problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills with passion for financial analysis and business modeling
• Innovative mindset, drawing from personal experiences with the ability to challenge the status quo and offer new ways of thinking about our most complex issues
