Job summary

JPMorganChase's Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Global Services team delivers quantitative and qualitative reports and analytics to support bankers, sales teams, and management. The role focuses on insights that drive performance across the global CIB organization.

The candidate will define metrics, manage dashboards, and partner with senior leaders to advance the analytics agenda, including cost modeling and capacity planning. EMEA shift timing and Bengaluru location apply.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Global Services team functions as an internal business, metrics reporting, and analytics group responsible for delivering highly quantitative and qualitative reports and analytics tools that support bankers, salespeople, and senior management agendas. This role offers the opportunity to work at the center of strategic decision‑making, shaping insights that promote business performance across the global Corporate and Investment Banking organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and report key management metrics around the health of an operations program/business


• Manage a high‑volume and high‑complexity reporting & dashboarding book of work, leveraging rigorous project management discipline


• Partner with senior leaders to advance the business analysis and reporting agenda, focused on insights delivery in areas around operational efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, quality enhancements, etc.


• Define, design, and drive high‑priority strategic initiatives with senior‑level visibility in areas above – ranging from delivering business initiatives to engineering enabling capabilities


• Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes to extract insights from existing data while identifying and recommending data enhancements to improve data quality

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with programming languages: SQL, Python


• Experience with data visualization tools (any)


• Familiarity with analytics: RCA, pre‑post analysis, EDA (basic), dashboarding

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to understand business problems/processes and design solutions/methodologies rooted in data. Design and execute repeatable and scalable data solutions (extraction/mining/modeling/visualization)


• Effective communication of insights/recommendations (verbal and written). Team player with a demonstrated strong work ethic.


• 3+ years of experience, preferably in financial services. Graduate/Post‑Graduate preferably with Computer/Finance/Statistics as core area.


• Knowledge of Cloud & Distributed file systems, e.g., AWS, Hadoop, Jira & MS Office is a plus
