Position Overview
The Analytics & Revenue Systems Administrator is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the systems, data infrastructure, and analytics that power revenue growth. This role owns the administration and continuous improvement of the companys CRM ecosystem, ensuring Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams have accurate data, efficient workflows, actionable insights, and scalable processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong CRM administration skills with analytical expertise, business process optimization, and the ability to create and translate data into revenue-driving insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, administration, and optimization of the revenue technology stack, including:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Sales enablement, enrichment, automation, and analytics platforms
- Manage CRM architecture, including:
- Objects and relationships
- Data models
- Fields and properties
- Workflows and automation
- User roles and permissions
- Reporting structures
- Ensure systems align with business goals, sales processes, and revenue strategies
- Establish governance standards to maintain CRM scalability and usability
Sales & Revenue Operations Enablement
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales effectiveness
- Optimize processes across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Develop dashboards and data insights that help sales leaders understand revenue performance and deal velocity
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions that improve efficiency
Marketing Analytics & Revenue Intelligence
- Develop and maintain attribution models that accurately measure marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Establish data collection frameworks that improve visibility into customer acquisition and buying behavior
- Analyze account engagement, campaign influence, buyer journey progression, and revenue trends
- Create executive-level reporting on operational performance
- Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers across the revenue funnel and communicate findings to marketing leadership
- Build dashboards that connect marketing activity to sales outcomes
- Capture, analyze, and translate complex data into clear recommendations that improve demand generation strategy and investment decisions
- Partner with Marketing to create and automate campaign workflows
Data Quality & CRM Governance
- Own CRM data integrity and quality initiatives:
- Duplicate prevention and cleanup
- Data enrichment
- Standardization
- Field governance
- Lifecycle consistency
- Establish processes that improve:
- Reporting accuracy
- Forecast confidence
- User adoption
- Executive visibility
Integrations & Systems Architecture
- Manage integrations between CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and business applications
- Monitor:

- Workflow automation
- System dependencies
- Troubleshoot issues impacting revenue processes or reporting
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to the GTM technology stack
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in:
- CRM Management
- Marketing Analytics
- Revenue Operations
- Sales Operations
- Strong hands-on experience administering:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Experience managing CRM integrations and automation
- Strong understanding of:
- B2B sales processes
- Marketing pipeline attribution
- GTM analytics
- Ability to balance technical execution with data capture and analysis
Technical Skills
Preferred experience with:
