Aumento Technologies is seeking an Analytics Lead to build and scale our Data & Analytics practice in Mumbai. You will drive the delivery of enterprise analytics programs across Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake, shaping the architecture, governance, and delivery standards for multiple client engagements.

You will lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and architects, define scalable delivery playbooks, and collaborate with OEMs and partners to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

8–14 years of analytics/data platform experience.
Experience delivering enterprise analytics programs.
Expertise across Fabric, Databricks and Snowflake ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analytics and data transformation programs for enterprise customers.
Define delivery methodology, governance models and acceleration assets.
Architect scalable analytics solutions with Lakehouse, data governance, and security.
Mentor delivery managers, architects, and engineering teams.
Support pre-sales with architecture discussions and effort estimation.
Develop reusable accelerators and templates for rapid delivery.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Practice Lead to build and scale our next-generation Data & Analytics practice across Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake ecosystems. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in enterprise analytics delivery, modern data platforms, data engineering, BI & AI architecture, governance, and analytics transformation programs. This individual will play a strategic leadership role in defining delivery methodology, establishing scalable team structures, building reusable accelerators, driving customer success, and enabling organizational capability growth.
