Job summary

Good co India is seeking an experienced analytics and BI leader to drive the organization’s data strategy. You will build and mentor high-performing analytics, BI, and data science teams, translating business needs into actionable insights, dashboards, and predictive models.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics with business goals, define KPIs, and oversee projects from data prep to deployment, ensuring measurable impact and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8 to 13 years of experience in Analytics, BI, Data Science, or a related field, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading analytics teams and delivering data-driven business transformation.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, and advanced analytics techniques.
• Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modelling, machine learning, experimentation, and AI/GenAI is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, data quality, and modern cloud data platforms.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to connect analytics initiatives to revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing multiple analytics initiatives and working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Master's degree/MBA in Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
