Job summary

AB InBev GCC is seeking a Collaboration Specialist in Bangalore to lead Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, and optimization of collaboration services. You will coordinate with global site leads, manage licensing, and drive security, compliance, and reliability across the O365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in O365 and strong English communications, with experience in hybrid migrations and day-to-day operations of MS365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Microsoft Certifications is a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern Microsoft 365 architecture for secure, scalable collaboration services.
• Lead strategic technical decisions for M365 across the enterprise.
• Design high/low-level documents (SOPs) and manage RBAC.
• Handle incidents with Microsoft365 Platform and oversee L2+ issue resolutions.
• Review major incidents and implement problem management to prevent recurrence.

Job Title: Collaboration Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: Senior Manager CPCOE

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The M365 Architect defines and governs the Microsoft 365 architecture to ensure secure, scalable, and business-aligned collaboration services. The role provides strategic technical leadership, translating business needs into standardized, future-ready M365 solutions that maximize value and reliability across the enterprise.

Key Tasks And Accountabilities

• Strong expertise in Microsoft365 Setup and Configurations involving services like Exchange online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Onedrive.
• Daily Tasks involve conducting meeting with Global site leads for improvements and challenges, managing vendors.
• Filling the loopholes in the process, thus, redefining the existing procedures.
• Responsible for designing high level and low-level documents (SOPs).
• Handling incidents with Microsoft365 Platform.
• Detailed review of any major incident and follow problem management practices to avoid any recurrence.
• Handle issue at L2+ level and assist or guide team for issue resolutions.
• Perform routine analysis on compliance policies and proactively check and fix possible incidents on infra.
• Role Based Access controls (RBAC) assignments for different roles.
• Create, Maintain, Update, Deploy and Delete Microsoft retention policies.
• Manage Microsoft365 Licensing end-to-end process.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

Education:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Microsoft Certifications is a Plus.

Experience:

• 4+ years experience of working with Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Experience of a Hybrid Exchange Migration and Mail flow
• Expert in Office 365 technologies
• Must have experience in handling O365 operation
• Hybrid Migration issues and their troubleshooting.
• Provide tier two troubleshooting support of O365 issues; investigate user escalation calls, finding optimum solutions for both users and the company
• Ability to build relationships and credibility with customers quickly.
• Should have good problem solving and analytical skills
• Should have good knowledge and experience on O365 platform

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Deep Experience on MS Teams, Exchange online and Office 365
• Office 365 Identity synchronization planning, design, and deployment of AAD connect service for Office 365 identity management. Active Directory Federation Services
• Azure Active Directory conditional access with office 365 and third-party applications
• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and Group policies
• Windows PowerShell for automation of day to day administrative and Office 365 configuration tasks

Mandatory Skills:

• O365 Exchange Online.
• Expertise in MS Teams
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Preferred (Good to have) Skills:

• Data Visualization (Power BI/Tableau) – Intermediate
• Process Mapping – Beginner
