Responsibilities

• Investigate reporting discrepancies and data quality issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Prioritize and manage analytics initiatives based on business value and resources.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and coordinate delivery with global stakeholders.
• Explore emerging AI-enabled analytics capabilities and foster knowledge sharing.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand priorities, challenges, and reporting needs, translating them into meaningful analytics solutions
• Deliver proactive and on-demand analyses that identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvement initiatives while providing actionable recommendations
• Design, develop, and enhance executive and operational reporting solutions that support informed decision-making across manufacturing and business operations
• Lead and support Power BI modernization initiatives, including dashboards, reports, semantic models, datasets, and dataflows.
  Optimize data models, refresh processes, reporting architecture, and visualizations to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience
• Establish and promote data visualization, governance, documentation, and development standards that encourage consistency and quality
• Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, Analytics, and business teams to expand self-service analytics capabilities and automate manual reporting processes
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and data quality challenges, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
• Prioritize and manage analytics initiatives based on business value, impact, and available resources
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions, define requirements, and coordinate delivery with global and cross-functional stakeholders
• Explore emerging AI-enabled analytics capabilities and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing

• Experience delivering business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data-driven solutions in a professional environment
• Advanced Power BI capabilities, including report and dashboard development, semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query, dataflows, performance optimization, and visualization best practices
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet analysis skills, with experience working with large and complex datasets
• Knowledge of data integration, data engineering concepts, and modern data architecture practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Python, Tableau, AI-enabled analytics tools, machine learning solutions, or data quality automation technologies
• Experience supporting Power BI migration initiatives, enterprise reporting transformation programs, or self-service analytics environments
• Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial automation, supply chain, logistics, customer operations, pricing, product lifecycle management, or operational planning environments
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams
