Job summary

The Hiring Club is seeking an analytics professional to understand problems by evaluating data sources and datasets, then design solutions. You will test hypotheses, perform exploratory data analysis, and iteratively improve methods to deliver actionable insights.

You will analyze findings, generate insights, and present recommendations through reports and dashboards, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ML.
• Experience with AML in banking domain.

Responsibilities

Job description :
1.Understand the analytical problem by assessing available data sources and
data sets
2. Solve the business problem - identify factors, test hypotheses, conduct EDA,
design solution and outputs
3. Evaluate relevant anaytical techniques, identify, execute and iterate on the
sam
4. Analyze, assess findings, generate insights and present recommendations
through reports/dashboards/excel/presentations. Independently plan and
execute key projects including last mile to delivery
5. Independently handle client communications and proactively share regular
updates to all stakeholders
6. Ensure delivery of all outputs maintaining quality and timeline expectations
7. Be accountable and diligent in following aligned processes and be a good team player
