Rubicon Research in Ambernath invites applicants for an Officer role in the Analytical Development lab to support pharmaceutical formulation of nasal products, focusing on nasal characterization, reliability, and IVBE dissolution studies at the Ambernath unit.

The candidate should have 1-4 years of experience and be proficient in dissolution, assay, and RS tests, with instrument calibration capabilities for HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometer, and dissolution systems.

Qualifications

• M. Pharm/M. Sc. degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with dissolution, assay and RS tests.
• Exposure to nasal/ophthalmic/injectable/liquid oral dosage forms analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform Characterization, Reliability and IVBE Dissolution Study of nasal products at Ambernath unit.
• Conduct dissolution, assay and RS tests with proper data integrity.
• Calibrate instruments (Dissolution apparatus, UV, HPLC, GC, Spraytec, Spray View).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams per project needs.
• Adhere to ICH and regulatory guidelines and follow SOPs.

Job Description

Purpose: The candidate shall have the role of analyst in analytical development lab to support pharmaceutical formulation of Nasal products specifically, Nasal Characterization, Reliability and IVBE Dissolution Study at Ambernath unit

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

• To perform the Characterization, Reliability and IVBE Dissolution Study of Nasal products at Ambernath unit
• Should have hands-on experience in performing the dissolution, assay & RS tests.
• To perform the calibration of instruments like dissolution apparatus, UV spectrophotometer, HPLC and GC, Dissolution, Spraytec and spray view instruments.
• Experience in testing Spray pattern and Droplet size distribution will be an added advantage
• Follow the system / operational SOPs.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of data generated.
• Should have knowledge of ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with different departments as per the requirements.

• Knowledge of handling instruments such as HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Spraytec , spray view instruments, UV spectrophotometer etc. .
• Exposure to Nasal/Ophthalmic/injectable / Liquid Oral dosage forms analysis.

Additional notes

• The candidate is expected to work in any of the shifts based on the requirements.
• The candidate is expected to visit external sites as per the project requirements.
• 6 days working.
