Job summary

Rubicon Research Ltd. in Ambernath, near Mumbai, is hiring an Officer - Manufacturing to monitor shop-floor activities, track production plans, and ensure cGMP compliance.

The role involves shift work, supervising equipment, and supporting process optimization while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. 1–4 years of pharma manufacturing experience and a B.Pharm are required; nasal dosage form experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm with relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to work in shifts with manpower-handling experience.
• Hands-on experience with 21 CFR Part 11, CIP, SIP, pressure hold tests, and recipe-based manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing/holding equipment such as Biozeen, Gem Pharma, Praj, Marchesini, DARA, Bosch, Groninger.
• Exposure to USFDA, MHRA, TGA, ANVISA audits.
• Good communication, safety awareness, and strong GMP/hygiene compliance.
• Dosage Form - Nasal formulations
• Years of Experience: Officer 1 to 4 Years

Responsibilities

• Monitor shop-floor activities and ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMP requirements.

• Supervise cleaning, sanitization, manufacturing, filling, autoclaving, and BMR/BPR/logbook documentation.
• Monitor calibration and in-process parameters of shop-floor equipment/instruments.
• Coordinate equipment troubleshooting with Engineering/Maintenance teams.
• Monitor rejection, wastage, and process losses; drive reduction initiatives.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and timely reporting of GMP incidents/deviations.
• Support process optimization and cycle-time reduction initiatives.
