Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is seeking a skilled Workday Technical Certified professional with 5+ years of IT integration experience and 3+ years of hands-on Workday expertise to design, develop, and support end-to-end Workday solutions.

You will work across global environments, integrating via Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and related technologies while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring robust production support and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Integration certification along with certification in Studio or PECI or Extend is mandatory.
• Overall 5+ years of IT experience in the integration space, with 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Workday technical architecture solutions.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end Workday integration implementation with a clear understanding of the overall integration landscape.
• Experience with tenant management and deployment processes in Workday.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions for implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Build and maintain integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and related tools.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration/interface failures across global Workday environments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workday Technical Certified professionals with 3–10 years of experience in with strong hands-on experience across Integrations, Reporting, Security, Payroll Technical, and Data Management. You will design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions for implementations, enhancements, and production support in global Workday environments.

• Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using:
  • Workday Studio
  • Core Connectors (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting)
  • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and interface failures
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production issues
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions

Your Profile

• Integration certification along with certification in Studio or PECI or Extend is mandatory
• Overall 5+ years of IT experience in the integration space, with 3+ years of hands‑on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end Workday technical architecture solutions
• Strong expertise in end‑to‑end Workday integration implementation with a clear understanding of the overall integration landscape
• Experience working with Customer Central and interacting with client stakeholders
• Ability to conduct technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design
• Client‑facing experience with a strong understanding of Workday technical architecture
• Hands‑on experience with middleware and integration technologies
• Proven experience defining and building interfaces using:
  • Core Connectors
  • EIB
  • PICOF / PECI
  • Studio integrations (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Payroll Interfaces
  • Extend
  • Experience with advanced, matrix, and composite reports and calculated fields
  • Experience with Studio integrations and Boomerang is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of Workday tenant management and deployment processes
