Empower India seeks a skilled Investment Administration professional to obtain and process moderately complex securities pricing and corporate actions across portfolios. The role requires strong knowledge of PAM software and market data tools such as Bloomberg.

You will support master file setup, cash flow updates for securitized assets, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate data and timely processing within our General Account, Separate Accounts, and funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
• 4-6 years of directly related experience in investment administration
• Moderate proficiency in MS Office/Excel/Access; detail oriented

Responsabilités

• Obtains and processes securities pricing for daily and monthly valued portfolios, focus on complex fixed income, swaps, and OTC derivatives
• Uploads pricing files to vendors, downloads prices, loads into accounting system, analyzes price fluctuations
• Communicates with pricing services and explains rationale for price challenges
• Analyzes and maintains documentation on corporate actions and applies appropriate accounting treatment
• Completes and/or reviews security master file setup for correct processing in accounting system
• Understands securities market; Bloomberg and market data experience; coordinates master file data with multiple departments
• Assists in monthly/quarterly cash flow update process for securitized assets
• Other duties as assigned

This role under general supervision will be responsible for obtaining and processing moderately complex securities pricing and corporate action information for all investment portfolios, completing security master file setup and review, and cash flow update functions for the company's General Account, Separate Accounts, Empower Funds, and SMAs. The position requires extensive knowledge of Princeton Financial System's PAM software.

Essential Functions

• Obtains and processes securities pricing for daily and monthly valued portfolios. Primary focus on complex fixed income securities (ABS, CMO, private credit), swaps (IRS, CDS, TRR, CCX, etc), and OTC derivatives.
• Includes uploading pricing files to vendors, downloading prices and loading into accounting system, and analysis of price fluctuations based on knowledge of the market.
• Includes communicating with pricing services and understanding the company's rationale for price challenges.
• Analyzes, processes and maintains documentation on corporate actions. Includes reviewing information, determining appropriate treatment and processing in our investment system on several basis of accounting.
• Completes and/or reviews security master file setup, to ensure correct processing in accounting system.
• Requires an understanding of the securities market. Bloomberg and market data experience.
• Researches and communicates with multiple departments to coordinate changes and updates to the master file data.
• Assists in the monthly and quarterly cash flow update process for securitized assets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of directly related experience in the investment administration area of a financial industry firm.
• Moderate proficiency in MS Office/Excel/Access. Detail Oriented.
• Analytical and Research skills.
• Time management and multi-tasking skills.
