Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) team. In this role, you will support data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience with data management, dashboard development, automation, and business analysis.

Working alongside cross‑functional teams, you will help transform raw data into meaningful business insights, improve reporting processes, and contribute to data‑driven decision‑making. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, extracting, and preparing data for reporting, dashboards, and business analysis.
• Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and organization using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing reports, dashboards, and analytical models.

Educational Qualifications

Required Skills
