• Design, implement, and support end-to-end enterprise monitoring solutions using industry-standard tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds,OP5 )
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, dashboards, and alerts to monitor system performance, application health, and service availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements for infrastructure, applications, and business services.
• Configure proactive alerting and event correlation to minimize false positives and ensure timely incident response.
• Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and potential issues; provide recommendations for performance improvements.
• Support incident and problem management processes with monitoring insights and root cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation related to monitoring standards, configurations, and best practices.
• Participate in on-call support and incident resolution activities as needed.
