Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada’s Inventory & Planning team seeks an Analyst to support PWCS inventory and planning activities in a hybrid Bangalore role. You will collaborate directly with the PWCS team to understand requirements, elevate issues, and drive timely resolution while maintaining ownership until closure.

The role emphasizes data analysis, SAP and Power BI usage, and daily reporting to optimize warehouse and distribution operations for spare parts and customer orders.

Qualifications

• University degree or 1–3 years of related work experience in business, CS, data analytics or engineering.
• Excellent MS Office (Excel) skills.
• SAP and Power BI knowledge are assets.

Responsibilities

• Create Return Authorization in RMA Report.
• Update and Maintain Material Resource Planning (MRP) values in SAP.
• Daily open P-req reporting.
• Generation of purchase orders to support PWCS demand and customer orders.
• Open order fulfillment - E-Stock tracking and removal.
• Monitor and action PO release report.
• Generate key reports/data sets to support day to day activities.
• Extract and analyze data as required using different tools (SAP, PowerBI).
• Improve processes.

What Our Expectations are:
This role is to support Pratt & Whitney Canada’s Aftermarket. P&WC supports over 13 000 operators in the world with more than 40 000 active spare parts. The Inventory & Planning team at Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions manages the warehousing and distribution of both new and repaired spare parts. We are looking for someone to support our inventory and planning activities.

Function Description:
You will work directly with the Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions Inventory and Planning Team to meet the group’s objectives. This will require a strong ability to understand the requirements, elevate when appropriate, and execute promptly. Ownership until resolution is a key requirement.

What You Will Do:

• Create Return Authorization in RMA Report
