Act as a BPM partner to assigned global business teams, providing a structured understanding of how they operate today, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and establishing sustainable Continuous Improvement practices. The BPM Principal Specialist assesses processes, operating models, governance, performance management and stakeholder interfaces, translating findings into practical improvements that make operations more efficient, agile and scalable.
