Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) seeks a capable Analyst / Sr Analyst to handle trade remittance and cross-border payment processing. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy in SWIFT messaging, ISO 20022 formats, and regulatory compliance while supporting LC bills, collections, and related settlements.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in trade remittance operations, strong knowledge of SWIFT and payment formats, and a Graduate degree.

Qualifications

• Graduate with understanding of cross-border payments.
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT messages.
• Familiarity with AML and sanction screening.
• Experience in payment processing preferable.

Responsibilities

• Process imports and export payments & acceptance related to LC bills and collections.
• Handle cross-border payment transactions including Trade remittance.
• Create SWIFT messages MT103, MT202, MT202 COV, MT199, MT910 and MT950 as applicable.
• Process ISO 20022 messages (PACS.008, PACS.009).
• Prepare and process reimbursement claims (MT740, MT742).
• Ensure AML compliance and regulatory adherence.

Position: Trade Remittance / Payments – Maker role

Job Title - Analyst / Sr Analyst

Experience :2-5 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any stream

We are looking for a Trade remittance maker with hands on experience in processing cross-border payment and trade remittance transactions. The candidates should have strong knowledge of Swift messaging, ISO 20022 payment formats and reimbursement processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Process imports and export payments & acceptance related to LC bills and collections
• Process transactions including Supply chain Finance, receivables financing, Forfeiting Import documentary Finance, Trust receipt, Bill discounting / Bill purchase, Negotiation
• Create and process SWIFT payment messages including MT103, M202, MT 202 COV, MT199, MT910, MT950 all series of MT1xx & MT2xx wherever applicable
• Process and understand ISO 20022 payment messages (PACS.008, PACS.009).
• Prepare and process reimbursement claims (MT740, MT742 etc.) and monitor reimbursement account settlements
• Ensure compliance with AML, sanction screening, regulatory requirement and internal policies.
• Investigate repair items, payment rejections and exceptions and co-ordinate with correspondent banks for resolution
• Prepare, validate and process payment instructions in accordance with customer requests and banking procedures.
• Well versed in handling accounting entries operations
• Maintain operational accuracy while meeting defined TAT and SLAs

Required Technical skills:

• Hands on Experience with SWIFT FIN and ISO 20022 payment processing. Experience in Pacs.008 & Pacs.009
• Working knowledge of MT103, MT202, MT202 COV, MT199, MT910, MT950 etc.
• Understanding of reimbursement claim, processing and correspondent banking
• Knowledge of Nostro / Vostro account operations
• Familiarity with AML & Sanction screening & payment Compliance
• Experience with core banking / payment systems and SWIFT alliance or equivalent platforms.
