Responsibilities

• Onboarding the client’s investment portfolio by reviewing and interpreting legal agreements and understanding servicer/trustee reporting
• Work closely with clients to support risk and exposure monitoring of transactions
• Calculate and monitor covenants, concentration limits, eligibility criteria, concentration tests and Borrowing Base calculations
• Build financial models/reports per client requirements and analyse historical performance to identify key drivers
• Liaise with Business Analyst and Implementation team to ensure data and logic on proprietary platforms are accurate
• Provide enhanced surveillance to clients on their portfolios and share critical insights on overall performance

Job Description

The primary responsibility would involve working closely with clients in understandingtheir requirement for investment deals in structured finance space. The individualwould assist in managing the project and coordinating with IT to onboard/setup thetransaction on our proprietary platform and ongoing monitoring. The individual wouldbe involved in researching across various financials and legal agreements and also inmonitoring and reporting key metrics of various investments.
