About the job Monsoon CreditTech is hiring Analysts across multiple experience levels (1–7 years) to work on analytics problems in banking, lending and credit risk. Depending on experience and seniority, candidates will be aligned to the appropriate role. Candidates who have worked in the BFSI space and have an engineering/math/stats background will be preferred. What we’re looking for

• Strong SQL, Python/Pandas and Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and turn analysis into clear insights
• Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Nice to have: Snowflake, R, ECL modelling. Domain exposure Experience in BFSI, lending or credit analytics is strongly preferred. Familiarity with concepts such as vintage/cohort analysis, DPDs, roll rates, bureau data, collections and credit policies is a plus. We will expect greater domain depth at more senior levels. Location: Gurgaon Important: Candidates may be required to work Singapore hours for extended periods, and must be comfortable doing so.
