Job summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is seeking a Specialist – Risk Analytics in Bengaluru with up to 3 years of experience at the intersection of Credit Risk and Data Analytics.

You will monitor portfolio health, run analytics, and support risk reporting while collaborating with Risk, Credit, Product, IT and Operations teams to implement new risk frameworks.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Credit Risk, Data Analytics, Banking/NBFC or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python and/or SQL.
• Good understanding of data analysis, statistics and financial/credit concepts.
• Added advantage: Tableau, FRM/CFA certification, or a Master’s/PG qualification in Data Science/Analytics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
