Interactive Brokers LLC is seeking an Operations-Shareholder Services Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will interface with internal and external customers, 3rd parties and clearing organizations, focusing on automated solutions to complex problems.

The Associate will become a specialist in Shareholder Services (US, Canadian, European & APAC Proxy) and cross-train for other responsibilities, including Bankruptcy & Class Actions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in science, mathematics or accounting preferred.
• 1–3 years of corporate action experience; broker-dealer welcome.
• Knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and government securities.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Position Overview:

Interactive Brokers LLC ('IB") is seeking an Operations-Shareholder Services Analyst to join our team! The ideal candidate will be able to interface seamlessly with internal and external customers, 3rd parties and other clearing organizations. All team Associates are expected to focus on automated solutions to complex problems of varying degrees. Skills required include the ability to be comfortable with new and changing technologies, work with system developers, create business specifications for new or enhanced system functionality, and new product support for our sophisticated proprietary systems.

The Associate hired for this position will first become a specialist in Shareholder Services, which includes US, Canadian, European & APAC Proxy, and then later cross-train to become a backup for other team responsibilities such as Bankruptcy & Class Actions. As a team member, the Associate will specifically be relied upon to address and resolve various deadline-oriented issues, operate IB's proprietary systems, external systems, test new or existing functionality, analyze firm/client data, assess operational/firm risk, and resolve routine and/or complex client service issues in a thorough, expeditious manner.

We are seeking an individual that is self-driven, multitasking, and well organized to become a contributing member of our team.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes :

• Bachelor's degree preferred: science, mathematics or accounting preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of targeted Corporate Action experience, preferably at a broker-dealer, but all experienced candidates will be considered.
• Knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and Government Securities.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Must possess excellent oral/written communication and analytical skills.
