TIAA Global Capabilities seeks a Compliance Specialist to oversee regulatory posting obligations, track mandatory trainings, and coordinate poster deliveries across offices.

You will maintain a single repository of SOPs, drive attestation cycles, monitor the HR compliance mailbox, and support cross-functional risk and governance programs within a global enterprise.

Qualifications

  • Coordinate Enterprise SOP Attestation and track completion.

  • Provide transactional support for GRC engagements and reporting.
  • Participate in cross-functional implementation of compliance programs and risk analysis.

Job description

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provides support in overseeing compliance with regulatory posting obligations, ensuring accurate and timely display of regulatory posters across applicable locations and confirming postings remain current and compliant with applicable regulation.
  • Supports Focus Training Tracking, monitoring completion of mandatory compliance training and following up on outstanding requirements.
  • Manages Labour Poster Delivery Tracking, coordinating distribution and confirming receipt across applicable office locations.
  • Owns SOP Centralization and Upkeep, maintaining a single, current repository of enterprise SOPs and ensuring version control and accessibility.
  • Coordinates Enterprise SOP Attestation, driving the periodic attestation cycle across the organization and tracking completion.
  • Jointly monitors the HR Compliance Mailbox, ensuring timely triage and response to incoming compliance queries in coordination with other team members.
  • Provides transactional support for GRC engagements, including handling transactional activities, tracking follow-ups, and assisting with reporting.
  • Participates in cross-functional implementation of compliance programs, including support for transaction-level risk analysis within operational areas.
Requirements
  • Educational requirement: University (Degree).
  • Preferred Work Experience: 1+ years required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the MS Office suite with sound data entry and basic analytical ability.
  • Foundational stakeholder management, assertive communication, and professional email writing skills.
