Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in SAP or equivalent system.
• 1–3 years experience in business process support in a captive shared services center for an MNC highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in SAP, FIORI, and SNOW.

Responsibilities

• Supporting global stakeholders on Direct procurement activities related to Outline agreements, Price-blocked Invoices, PO Amendments, Material master data, and Vendor master data.
• Placing and managing outline agreements in SAP; supporting the change request for OLA using FIORI.
• Review of price-blocked invoices and obtaining approvals from Managers to release on time.
• Perform workflow to create and extend materials to the respective plant within the required time.
• Support vendor creation/change requests by verifying documents and raising requests in MDG.
• Review, track, and ensure SNOW tickets are addressed promptly.
• Perform daily activities including reports and ad hoc tasks.
• Achieve agreed monthly KPIs for Direct procurement processes.
• Collaborate with I2P, Vendor master, Regional Procurement, Material master teams.

Job Description

Syngenta is currently hiring for the Analyst - Procurement Operations; we are looking for an operational resource to be part of our Direct Procurement Desk team.

This position reports to the Syngenta Procurement operations lead. The role entails multiple tasks under the Direct Procurement business on the SAP Procurement platform.

The selected candidate will be based out of the Syngenta office in Pune with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supporting global stakeholders on various Direct procurement activities related to Outline agreements, Price-blocked Invoices, PO Amendments, Material master data, and Vendor master data.
• Placing and managing outline agreements in the SAP. Supporting the change request for OLA using the FIORI tool.
• Thorough review of price-blocked invoices and buying the approvals from Managers to get this released on time.
• Perform the workflow task to create and extend the materials to the respective plant within the stipulated time.
• Support vendor creation/change requests by verifying all the supporting documents per the guidelines and raising the requests in the MDG tool.
• Review, track, and ensure the SNOW tickets will be addressed promptly.
• Perform the daily activities including the different reports and support on ad hoc tasks.
• Achieve the agreed monthly KPIs for the Direct procurement process.
• Strong ability to collaborate with other functions like the I2P team, Vendor master team, Regional Procurement managers, Material master team, etc.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in SAP or equivalent system.
• 1-3 years of experience in business process support in a captive shared services center for an MNC highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in tools like SAP, FIORI, and SNOW.
• SAP MDG skill will be the added benefit.
• Should have rich knowledge of Source to Pay
• Understanding of transactional procurement and accounting processes.
• Being part of a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyze, organize, and present data.
• Intellectual curiosity and professional commitment to excellence
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly - Fluent English- written and spoken.
• Ability to effectively work in a team having Collaborative skills.
