Job summary

Syngenta in Pune seeks a Direct Procurement specialist to support global stakeholders with outline agreements, price-blocked invoices, PO amendments, and master data management. You will work with SAP, FIORI, and SNOW to ensure accurate data and smooth processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with I2P teams and regional procurement managers, strong data analysis in Excel, and timely approvals to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in SAP or equivalent system.
• 1–3 years of experience in business process support in a captive shared services center for an MNC highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in tools like SAP, FIORI, and SNOW.
• SAP MDG skill will be the added benefit.
• Should have rich knowledge of Source to Pay

Responsibilities

• Support global stakeholders on Direct procurement activities including outline agreements, Price-blocked Invoices, PO Amendments, Material master data, and Vendor master data.
• Manage outline agreements in the SAP and support change requests for OLA using the FIORI tool.
• Review price-blocked invoices and obtain approvals from Managers for timely release.
• Perform the workflow to create and extend materials to the respective plant within time.
• Support vendor creation/change requests by verifying documents per guidelines and raising requests in the MDG tool.
• Review, track, and ensure SNOW tickets are addressed promptly.
• Perform daily activities including reports and ad hoc tasks.
• Achieve agreed monthly KPIs for the Direct procurement process.
• Collaborate with I2P team, Vendor master team, Regional Procurement managers, Material master team, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting global stakeholders on various Direct procurement activities related to Outline agreements, Price-blocked Invoices, PO Amendments, Material master data, and Vendor master data.
• Placing and managing outline agreements in the SAP. Supporting the change request for OLA using the FIORI tool.
• Thorough review of price-blocked invoices and buying the approvals from Managers to get this released on time.
• Perform the workflow task to create and extend the materials to the respective plant within the stipulated time.
• Support vendor creation/change requests by verifying all the supporting documents per the guidelines and raising the requests in the MDG tool.
• Review, track, and ensure the SNOW tickets will be addressed promptly.
• Perform the daily activities including the different reports and support on ad hoc tasks.
• Achieve the agreed monthly KPIs for the Direct procurement process.
• Strong ability to collaborate with other functions like the I2P team, Vendor master team, Regional Procurement managers, Material master team, etc.

Experience
