Job summary

Flex Ltd in India is seeking a motivated Analyst – Procurement to join our Global Procurement & Supply Chain team in Pune. The role focuses on processing purchase orders quickly and accurately, delivering high-quality stakeholder service, and supporting end-to-end procurement processes in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or B.Com/BBA/B.Sc and 0–2 years in procurement or related fields, with strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in commerce or related field required.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and MS Office tools.
• 0–2 years in procurement or supply chain roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage C class items procurement activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle end-to-end purchasing cycle from PR to PO, supplier confirmations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate delivery status with vendors and monitor open purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory levels as per site requirements and KPI targets.
• Coordinate PO changes with internal requestors and suppliers.
• Support supplier data management and escalation for shortages/excesses.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Analyst – Procurement in, India. The Analyst - GBS Procurement should quickly and accurately process purchase orders in a fast paced environment. Additionally, should have excellent stake holders service skills and works well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible to manage C class items procurement activities
• E2E Purchasing Cycle which included PR to PO, sending PO to suppliers, PO Confirmation, Delivery follow up and supplier payment coordination.
• Coordination with vendors for actual delivery status of material.
• On Time completion of Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report for Review.
• Working on Pull in, push out & Cancellation as per the MRP report and achieving the KPI Targets.
• Maintain Inventory to optimum level as per site requirement.
• Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor) and supplier for Purchase Order Changes.
• Managing Supplier database.
• Should include Shortage / excess escalation management
• Co-ordinate and follow through on urgent receive, past dues Management and resolving receiving challenges.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Education: Diploma or B.com/ B.B.A/ B.Sc
• Experience: 0 to 2 Year (Procurement / Supply Chain) (Not mandatory)
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Required)
