The Analyst, Procurement will assist with the effective and efficient operation of Ryan's global Procure-to-Pay('P2P') processes.

The scope of this position includes assistance with the hands-on execution of sourcing events, influence over policy and technology decisions, and end-to-end transaction activity.

This role will assist with strategic sourcing, purchasing, travel & expense, travel & purchasing card administration and accounts payable.

Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan's Key Results

• Support the administration of all components of P2P processing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of purchases and payments
• Support Treasury to develop and maintain banking and card provider relationships

• Supports senior management and other stakeholders with in-depth support and analyses as needed
• Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvements

• Maintains a current understanding of trends in professional services and supply markets
• Assists with sourcing strategies based on rigorous empirical analysis and company standards

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in areas of Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Self-motivated, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exposure to P2P including e-procurement, e-contract, or e-payables platform experience
• 2+ years in strategic sourcing for professional services organization with specific experience in facilities, travel, and/or IT-related categories

Computer Skills

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced skills in Microsoft® Office Suite. Concur Travel and Workday Financials experience desirable.

Certificates and Licenses

• CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)
• Valid driver's license required

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
