Job summary

Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, is seeking an Analyst, Procurement in Telangana, India. You will assist with sourcing events, support P2P processing, and help manage policy/technology decisions while strengthening banking and card relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in strategic sourcing for professional services, with experience in facilities, travel, or IT categories, and proficiency in MS Office. Concur and Workday experience are desirable.

Qualifications

The Analyst, Procurement will assist with the effective and efficient operation of Ryan’s global Procure-to-Pay (“P2P”) processes. The scope of this position includes assistance with the hands‑on execution of sourcing events, influence over policy and technology decisions, and end‑to‑end transaction activity.

This role will assist with strategic sourcing, purchasing, travel & expense, travel & purchasing card administration and accounts payable.

• Support Treasury to develop and maintain banking and card provider relationships

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in areas of Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Self‑motivated, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exposure to P2P including e‑procurement, e‑contract, or e‑payables platform experience
• 2+ years in strategic sourcing for professional services organization with specific experience in facilities, travel, and/or IT‑related categories

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced skills in Microsoft® Office Suite. Concur Travel and Workday Financials experience desirable.

Certificates And Licenses

• CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)
• Valid driver’s license required
