Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking an Analyst - Process Analytics in Regulatory Affairs to drive compliance monitoring and policy updates. You will audit processes, implement policies, and train staff while collaborating with stakeholders across functions.

Ideal candidates hold degrees in analytics or data science and have hands-on experience with BI tools and data integration. This role offers a hybrid work model and exposure to enterprise-scale regulatory projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in analytics, CS, or statistics; Master’s in Data Science or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL tools, and BI platforms.
• Experience with regulatory compliance analytics and process analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits and reviews.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.
