Job summary

Gallagher in India is seeking an Analyst to Finance process to ensure the quality and effectiveness of business, products, and services within India. The invoicing, ledger entries, and revenue tasks are performed under IRDAI guidelines.

You will manage accounts, perform daily match exercises, coordinate with clients and insurers for timely payments, and help improve accounting processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of prior relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular reconciliations for brokerage and accounts receivable, resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.

Overview

We are hiring an Analyst toFinance process for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of business, products, and services withinIndia business. Theinvoicing, creating ledger entries, reconciliation of revenue tasks direct clients per IRDAI guidelines. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the policy life cycle, and the various actions required for New Business/Renewals, Mid-Term Adjustments, recovery and highlighting any discrepancies.

How you'll make an impact

• Manage Book of accounts, create ledger entries and perform match exercise on daily basis
• Perform regular reconciliations for brokerage and accounts receivable, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with financial standards
• Create, verify, and issue invoices, coordinate with clients & insurers for timely payments, and maintain organized invoicing records.
• Suggest and implement improvements to accounting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy

About you

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 1 year of prior relevant experience.
