Job summary

Evalueserve is seeking a capable analyst in its Insights & Advisory team to lead FP&A/process automation initiatives and drive market research projects in the MedTech space. You will define problems, coordinate primary and secondary research, and present actionable insights to clients, ensuring clear communications and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, strong MS Office proficiency, and collaboration within cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in MedTech market research or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in MedTech related market research projects.
• Experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects.
• Experience in market assessment projects through secondary/primary research, analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to the firm\'s goals & mission.
• Command over MS Office and basic MS Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills with attentive and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all FP&A/Finance process automation and new project requirements.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Take ownership of all the process automation/new project requirements in FP&A/Finance team.
• Define problem statement and initial hypothesis, designing an optimal research approach with a mix of research techniques (e.g., primary/secondary/basic modeling)
• Should be able to structure and present data and results using relevant framework
• Ability to arrive at key messages/highlights addressing key objectives as summary of results
• Presenting results of the research to the client and handling client queries
• Active participation & contribution in team discussions on project specific areas

What are we looking for

• Hands-on experience in MedTech related market research projects
• Should have worked on consulting and strategy-oriented projects.
• Experience in working across MedTech value chain projects specifically market assessment projects through secondary/primary research, analysis and reporting
