FIS Solutions (India) Private Limited - Pune is seeking a Senior DevOps Analyst to enable reliable, scalable software delivery. You will automate pipelines, manage cloud and on‑prem environments, and collaborate across teams to reduce operational risk and improve release velocity.

You will drive automation, monitoring, and security integration while supporting growth in transaction volumes and resilient deployments in fintech contexts.

Qualifications

• BS degree in CS or equivalent with solid fundamentals.
• Hands-on DevOps experience in CI/CD and automation.

About the Role As a Senior DevOps Analyst, you will enable reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery across complex technology environments. You will collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to streamline deployment pipelines and improve system resilience. Success in this role is measured by system stability, release velocity, and reduced operational risk. You will play a critical role in driving automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve release efficiency and reliability
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using infrastructure-as-code tools
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across environments
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement root cause solutions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance application deployment strategies
• Integrate security practices into development and deployment workflows
• Maintain and improve cloud and on‑premises infrastructure environments
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions for proactive issue detection
• Support scalability initiatives to handle increasing transaction volumes and workloads

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Git Hub enterprise
• Hands-on expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Profound knowledge & Experience with AWS cloud platforms
• Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Understanding of system monitoring and observability tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and security automation
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of Harness deployment tool
• Experience with database systems and performance optimization
• Relevant certifications in cloud or DevOps technologies
