Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited is seeking an IT Monitoring Engineer to join a global team responsible for a packet capture and monitoring infrastructure across multiple data centers. You will investigate anomalies, document changes, and design comprehensive monitoring solutions in collaboration with development and operations.

The role requires strong networking knowledge, proficiency with Linux, and the ability to read and interpret packet captures.

Qualifications

• Understanding of core IT concepts including networking and access control.

• TCP/IP networking and analysis skills.

• Minimal travel: 2-3 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support a global packet capture and monitoring infrastructure

• Document changes and author documentation on monitoring standards and practices
