Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking an IT Asset Management specialist to join a dynamic team responsible for CMDB accuracy, asset lifecycles, and ServiceNow workflows.

You will analyze data, produce audits, and collaborate across IT groups to translate business needs into process improvements while maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CMDB experience working in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management, CMDB and asset/CI life-cycle practices.
• As needed, develop solutions independently or collaboratively.
• Data analysis and reporting skills to support investigations and remediations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple projects with and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the cmdb work queue (tickets and/or emails), providing timely responses and resolutions
• Maintain and support operations designed to keep an accurate and healthy cmdb
• Develop a progressive understanding and knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and functionality as it relates to the IT Asset Management, CMDB and ServiceNow management tools
• Create reports for used and needed by CMDB stakeholders
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IT Asset Management policies, standards and practices for effective asset life-cycle management
• Produce reports and artifacts as needed to support internal/external audits
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT Asset Management policies, best practices and procedures
