Who Will You Be Working With

In this role, you will work within the Sourcing Center of Excellence (CoE) supporting global indirect procurement operations. You will collaborate closely with regional sourcing leaders, business units, finance, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of purchasing transactions and vendor management activities. You will also interact with cross-functional teams across global regions (Americas, Europe, APAC) using multiple procurement systems and ERPs.

As a Buy Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling efficient and compliant indirect procurement operations by ensuring timely and accurate conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders, supporting supplier onboarding and data accuracy, driving process consistency and automation, and delivering high-quality service aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
