Job summary

Amerisource Bergen is seeking a skilled professional to drive MAWM implementations and end‑to‑end testing within a pharmaceutical supply chain context. You will work across IT and operations to gather business requirements, configure and deploy MAWM solutions, and optimize processes.

The role emphasizes building a Center of Excellence for MAWM testing, documenting configurations, and leveraging tools like qTest and TOSCA for automation. A strong background in WMS and ERP integration is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supply chain with specialization in WMS applications.
• 2+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations and management of IT Operations with focus on end-to-end testing of MAWM application(s).
• Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems.
• 2+ years of experience in technical business analysis, technical product management, solution design, or a related field.
• Demonstrates solid proficiency in a primary technical area (business requirements analysis) and working knowledge of at least one adjacent area (e.g., agile methodologies, system architecture basics).
• Experience contributing impact across a single project collaborating with multiple teams or multiple projects across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for MAWM implementations.
• Manages the development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems - primarily Manhattan Active WM platform (MAWM).
• Build out and optimize a Global Center of Excellence to support end to end testing of MAWM applications, inbound, inventory management, outbound processes across MAWM, ERP integrations, MHE integrations, testing and test management tools like qTest with automation like TOSCA.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MAWM configuration issues.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure seamless MAWM integration and operation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within MAWM solutions.
• Provide suggestions on delivering new technical capabilities to the business.
• Ensure compliance with project delivery methodologies and promote continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with MAWM developments and best practices.

• Responsible for building out and optimizing a Global Center of Excellence to support end to end testing of MAWM applications, Inbound, Inventory Management, Outbound process across MAWM, Integration with ERP applications like SAP, MHE integrations, Functional Testing, SDN, Extension Testing and good experience with Test Management tools like qTest and automation with TOSCA .
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials where necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MAWM configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations to ensure seamless integration and operation of our MAWM solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within our MAWM solutions.
• Provides suggestions on how new technical capabilities will be delivered into the business
• Ensures appropriate compliance with project delivery methodologies and processes, identifying issues and opportunities to promote continuous improvement of the process
• Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in MAWM.

Experience / Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply chain with specialization in WMS applications, 2+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations and management of IT Operations with focus on end-to-end testing of MAWM application(s).
• Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems.
• Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
