Job summary

SitusAMC is hiring for an IAM Analyst role in Navi Mumbai. The position focuses on user access management, identity administration, and AWS IAM with emphasis on least-privilege controls.

You will support access governance, incident management, and documentation, working with AD, Entra ID, LDAP, and MFA in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage user access: create, modify, disable accounts across enterprise systems.
• Administer identity platforms (AD, Entra ID, LDAP); handle password resets and MFA enrollment.
• Assist AWS IAM users, groups, roles, and policies with least-privilege access.
• Conduct access reviews, audits, and reporting to support governance/compliance.
• Investigate IAM-related incidents; escalate to senior IAM staff as needed.
• Document IAM configurations, procedures, and changes.

Job Functions Supporting SailPoint

• User Access Management
  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts across enterprise systems and applications.
  • Process access requests in accordance with established policies and approval workflows.
  • Perform user onboarding, transfers, and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and user group memberships.
  • Help provision and deprovision access across enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Identity Administration
  • Support the administration of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, or similar identity platforms.
  • Manage password resets, account unlocks, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enrollment.
  • Assist with Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Document IAM configurations, procedures, and operational processes.
• AWS Identity & Access Management
  • Assist in creating and managing AWS IAM users, groups, roles, and policies.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of least-privilege access controls.
  • Help manage IAM roles for AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, and other cloud resources.
  • Troubleshoot basic AWS access issues, including permission errors, policy conflicts, and role assumption problems.
  • Support access provisioning and deprovisioning within AWS environments.
  • Maintain documentation of AWS IAM configurations, standards, and procedures.
• Access Governance & Compliance
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of access control procedures and user permissions.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing access-related evidence and reports.
  • Assist in monitoring privileged access and segregation of duties controls.
• Incident & Problem Management
  • Investigate and resolve identity and access-related incidents.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IAM administrators or security teams.
  • Monitor IAM systems and identify potential security concerns.
  • Participate in root-cause analysis for recurring access issues.
• Reporting & Documentation
  • Generate reports on user access, privileged accounts, and compliance metrics.
  • Maintain IAM operational procedures, knowledge base articles, and process documentation.
  • Track and document service requests through ticketing systems.
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Customer-service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Timely completion of user provisioning and deprovisioning requests.
• Compliance with access review schedules.
• Accuracy of user access assignments.
• Resolution time for IAM-related incidents and requests.
• Audit findings related to identity and access controls.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
