Job summary

HermanMiller in India is seeking an HRIS Analyst to own Workday Core HCM and Talent configurations, deliver system enhancements, and provide production support across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence, payroll, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday solutions, develop reports and dashboards, and safeguard data integrity through governance standards.

HRIS Analyst – Core HCM & Talent

Position Summary

The HRIS Analyst will serve as the functional owner for Workday Core HCM and Talent. This role partners with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, production support, configuration, testing, reporting, and continuous process improvements across the employee lifecycle.
