Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks an Analyst, Global Delivery based in India to support data-driven product delivery for internal and external customers. You will manage batch and self-service requests, ensuring outputs are accurate and timely.

This role blends data processing, validation, and operational problem-solving with exposure to ETL, SQL, Python, and scheduling tools. Work with customer engagement and sales teams; remote role follows US hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, OR Operations Research, or equivalent with strong academics.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience; entry-level candidates with technical capability may be considered.
  • Strong coding fundamentals, with experience or knowledge of SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with ETL, data manipulation, Unix, or similar technologies is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of Autosys or other job scheduling tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with credit bureau products or offerings is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on data accuracy and service quality.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills across levels.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing within a team.
  • Good planning, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • High familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to work US shifts across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Process and fulfill batch orders and service requests within SLAs.
  • Perform pre-validation checks and clarify requirements with teams.
  • Validate configurations, data extraction, cleansing, and validation against requirements.
  • Review and process work requests using internal tools.
  • Process high-quality input data to support matching rates and outputs.
  • Produce accurate reports and deliverables within timelines.
  • Investigate and resolve data-related concerns before outputs are delivered.
  • Respond to queries and complaints promptly and ensure issues are addressed.
  • Maintain understanding of relevant products, processes, and domain requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and process effectiveness.
  • Follow documented procedures and contribute to reviews.
  • Monitor defined KPI targets and service quality.
  • Support migration initiatives and data-related activities using programming and data manipulation techniques.

This role supports the delivery of data-driven products and solutions for internal and external customers.
You will manage transactional, batch, and self-service requests while ensuring accurate and timely outputs.
The position combines data processing, quality validation, customer requirements analysis, and operational problem-solving.
You will work with customer engagement and sales teams to clarify requirements and resolve potential data or quality issues.
The role offers exposure to data manipulation, ETL processes, SQL, Python, and operational scheduling tools.

Accountabilities
