Job summary

Alstom in Bangalore, India is seeking a Data Solution Lead (Group PMO Hub India) to drive digital transformation by enabling data-driven decisions and delivering analytics solutions.

You will develop and maintain BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau), manage user access, test enhancements, and oversee upgrades while collaborating with teams across the business to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with BI/data visualization platforms and data mapping principles.
• Certification in BA/PM/Data Analytics/Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and communication skills.

Could you be the full-time Data Solution Lead (Group PMO Hub India) in Bangalore were looking for

You'll play a key role in driving Alstom's digital transformation by enabling data-driven decision-making and delivering impactful analytics solutions. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Group PMO, Product Line Offices, Region Project Offices, and Talent/HR Management), lead stakeholder engagements to understand and deliver on business requirements, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of developing and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Business Objects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Youll also manage user access, specify and test enhancements, and oversee application upgrades.

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with data mapping, data quality principles, and reporting best practices.
• A certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, Data Analytics, Agile, or Scrum is a plus.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities.
