Job summary

Skillventory in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to drive financial planning, performance analysis, and budgeting for product launches. The role will coordinate with business heads for forecasts and dashboards, ensuring revenue integrity and strategic financial oversight.

The incumbent will implement transfer pricing policies, compute ROA/ROE by product, and collaborate with IT for data access and analytics to support investor relations and regulatory returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and accounting support for product launches.
• Track and analyze business performance, preparing monthly/yearly plans and dashboards.
• Conduct financial reviews with business heads and forecast performance.
• Define and implement Funds Transfer Pricing policies and compute product-wise ROA/ROE.
• Collaborate with technology for data access and leverage analytics.
• Measure the impact of customer campaigns and ensure no revenue leakage.
• Support budgeting, regulatory returns, and investor relations.
• Act as the main point of contact for all business verticals.
