Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
6+ years in Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, BI, or similar.
4+ years in customer journey analytics, digital engagement, website analytics, or digital commerce.
Hands-on with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, SAP, BI tools).
Proven experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

Own and analyze product and digital data to improve discoverability, quality, and conversion.
Define KPIs with cross-functional teams and drive measurable outcomes.
Develop and maintain BI dashboards showing visibility, asset performance, and channel ROI.
Deliver data storytelling across the end-to-end digital journey.

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic thinker, analytical storyteller, and trusted advisor to join our Industrial BU. This role is ideal for an analytics professional who combines technical expertise with strong business acumen and can transform complex data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions and drive measurable business growth.

Job Requirements

Own and analyze product data across TE.com, digital solutions/ self-service tools and third-party distributor platforms to improve product discoverability, data quality, customer experience, engagement, and conversion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and drive measurable business outcomes.
Develop and maintain BI dashboards with insights Product visibility, digital asset performance, and channel/distributor/partner effectiveness, engagement, conversion, revenue, and ROI.
Deliver clear data storytelling by analyzing the end-to-end digital customer journey.
Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources (Adobe Analytics, GA4, SAP, PIM, etc.) to generate actionable insights.
Leverage VOC, analytics, and AI-driven insights to uncover customer needs, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Identify and AI-powered digital solutions and innovative analytics. Support innovation through adoption of predictive and generative AI in analytics and reporting.

What your background should look like

University degree bachelor’s in Engineering, degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, , Statistics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Customer Insights, or related analytical functions.
4+ years of experience in customer journey analytics, digital engagement, website analytics, digital commerce, conversion funnel analysis, and conversion optimization
Hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SAP, TED 2.0 BI, Databricks, Salesforce, Hybris PIM, Qualtrics, CRM platforms, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and API‑based data integrations.
Proven experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, experimentation frameworks, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and AI‑enabled business solutions.
Hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SAP, TED 2.0 BI, Databricks, Salesforce, Hybris PIM, Qualtrics, CRM platforms, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and API‑based data integrations.
Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and analytics‑driven business transformation.
