Job summary

IFF in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Specialist, Data Analytics to lead the transformation of our global data ecosystem. You will design enterprise-scale data pipelines and dashboards, and collaborate with global stakeholders to translate business needs into data strategies.

You will own data governance and build lakehouse data products using Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, enabling self-service analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or related field; 5+ years in data analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
• Experience designing and scaling cloud-based data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of finance process domains such as OTC, STP, and RTR; data modelling and governance knowledge.

• Design and implement enterprise-scale data pipelines and analytics dashboards.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and modelling workflows across structured and cloud-based systems.
• Build and implement best-practice solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI to deliver scalable, secure data products.

• Proven track record designing, building, and scaling cloud‑based data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of finance process domains such as Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), Source‑to‑Pay (STP), and Record‑to‑Report (RTR).
• Deep understanding of data modelling, orchestration, governance, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, global environments and delivering high‑impact data solutions.

• Experience with enterprise‑grade data orchestration tools, including Snowflake’s orchestration capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI for advanced data gathering, transformation, automation, and visualization, along with familiarity with agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
