Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Gurugram is seeking an Analyst - Contract to Billing to support invoicing, contract creation and month-end close processes.

You will prepare invoices, book accruals, assist with audits, and collaborate with business teams to resolve queries while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a Finance or Accounting degree and 1–3 years of accounting experience, with proficiency in PeopleSoft and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting (preferred).
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft financials modules.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoice creation & credit notes in defined timelines.
• Creation of contract & project.
• Booking of accruals in sub module & reconciliation.
• Support internal and external audit processes, respond to auditor requests and inquiries within defined timelines as & when required.
• Month-end close activities.
• Proactively communicate with business teams to resolve queries. Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders through regular updates.
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

What this job involves
