Job description

Responsibilities

The Margins, Port Recs & Dispute management teams within GSC CCR oversee the daily reconciliation of OTC collateralized trades (under ISDA/CSA), and must ensure the fast and accurate correction of identified discrepancies, relying on TSU, Back‑offices, MACC (valuation), and external clients.

Reconciliation & Dispute Management Responsibilities
  • Analyze and validate or correct the automated trade matching performed within the Reconciliation tool used by SG and the industry (TriOptima).
  • Perform portfolio reconciliation using TriOptima, E‑Rec or manually, categorise and explain transaction ყოველთვის discrepancies between SG and the Counterparty, investigate and identify root causes with the help of TSU, MACC and onshore CCR.
  • Analyze discrepancies in terms of product scope between SG and the Counterparty’s portfolio and ensure resolution in collaboration with CCR, Legal, ITEC, etc.
  • Actively participate in process improvement, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulators, and keep SOPs up to date.
  • Contribute to the production of KPI/KRI indicators.
  • Report and escalates any incidents or alerts to management promptly.
Marginingэв Responsibilities
  • Issue notifications and margin calls, agree on margin calls to receive or to be paid, and handle bookings in Colline and substitutions.
  • Settle collateral (cash, securities) for VM & IA – interest management.
  • Perform accounting and hold Nostro reconciliation.
  • Ensure BAU operations follow SOP and meet SLAs, including mailbox management.
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrate high accuracy and avoid repetitions, working with direct manager for smooth BAU flow.
  • Keep KPI/KRI values updated for manager reporting.
  • Work independently on processes and report incidents to the reporting manager immediately.
  • Update SOPs for new additions to the process and communicate changes to the manager.
  • Participate in team, department and Town Hall meetings when invited.
Other Responsibilities
  • Participate in WB discussions and contribute toward resolution of problems.
  • Take charge of leading PSS when required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for effective resolution of breaks (Cash, Securities, unmatched, MTM, etc.).
  • Esc disclosed on client incidents and log on Trouble Tracker.
  • Attend operational risk sessions as directed by the manager.
  • Ensure high‑risk items are escalated to supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Assist the team in ensuring smooth functioning of the process, completing day‑to‑day tasks by agreed deadlines with error‑free processing.
  • Analyze and understand scope of activities, ensuring SLAs and thresholds are adhered to.
  • Follow daily checklists and controls effectively.
  • Manage mailbox to respond to all queries received from internal and external clients.
Qualifications
  • Graduate/Post‑Graduate in Finance with 4‑5 חודש experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the IB environment and deep knowledge of Derivatives/operators collateral.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).
  • Flexible working in US/AMER shifts.
  • Eye for detail.
